Through attending this course, I was able to gain amazing knowledge of the entire hospitality industry; not just the basic information.
I was able to learn a range of terminology; such as types of equipment and how to talk to customers respectfully as well as learning the physical practices of 3 plate carry holds, wine glass holding and the making of beverages. I loved the fact that I was able to learn all the theoretical components as well as having the opportunity to put my skills to the test.
Through this course, the skills I learned enabled me to get a job at Jubilee Hotel working as a waitress and a bartender where I continue to work to this date.
