Step 1: Give us a call!

We recommend for any prospective partner that you begin by calling us or dropping in to see us to explain your situation and objectives. This will give both parties an immediate vibe for how well your plans might fit with a 1 Education Partnering Agreement, and if so, we can move forward.

Step 2: Complete a no-fee, no-obligation Partnering Expression of Interest

This will give us a little more information about your background and capability to give us confidence that you will be able to deliver a high quality, compliant training service to our clients.

Step 3: Submit various business and educational planning documents

Following an approved expression of interest, you will be asked to submit a copy of your Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance and other business-related information. You will also be given the following documents to complete and return:

• Training and Assessment Strategy – to be completed for each qualification and short course you wish to deliver;
• A Trainer Profile for each Trainer you wish to utilise under the scope of our agreement;
• A Training Site Approval form – with photos of the training environment and resources you will be using for your approved scope of delivery. An inspection will also occur if deemed necessary.
• Training and Assessment resources (if these are to be provided or modified by you and have not yet been approved by 1 Education).

Step 4. Sign the Agreement

Once step 3 has been adequately completed, you will be provided with a Partnering Agreement to sign and at this point any outstanding Partnering Fees will be payable.

Step 5. Partner Staffing Induction

All of our Partners’ Trainers and administrative staff are required to attend a face-to-face induction to be taken through all of the RTO’s processes and protocols. This will generally be a 2-hour session, where you will be issued with a Partnering Guide for future reference. You will also be given specific contact points for ongoing support.

Step 6. Commencement of Training

You may begin to commence training under your Approved Scope as soon as your induction has been completed and you have been issued with your 1 Education Approved Scope of Training.
